1. Coin Purchase Refunds

Our refund policy for coin purchases is as follows:

2. Quiz Entry Fee Refunds

Quiz entry fees are refundable under these circumstances:

  • Quiz is cancelled by the platform
  • Server errors affect quiz performance
  • Double charging for the same quiz entry

Non-refundable situations include:

  • User missed the quiz timing
  • Internet connectivity issues on user's end
  • Incomplete quiz attempts
  • Disqualification due to rule violations

3. Failed Transactions

For failed transactions:

  • Money deducted but coins not credited will be automatically refunded
  • Failed withdrawal attempts will be reversed within 24 hours
  • Double transactions will be automatically refunded
  • Transaction timeout issues will be resolved within 48 hours

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact support with transaction ID and screenshot
  • Provide reason for refund request
  • Include payment method details
  • Submit any relevant error messages or screenshots

Processing timeline:

  • Review within 24-48 hours
  • Approval/rejection notification via email
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days
  • UPI refunds may be faster (1-3 business days)

5. Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds in these special cases:

  • Account compromise or unauthorized transactions
  • Platform-wide technical issues affecting multiple users
  • Regulatory compliance requirements
  • Service discontinuation in user's region

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Used or partially used coins
  • Completed quiz attempts
  • Bonus coins from referrals
  • Promotional or free coins
  • Expired unused coins
  • Coins used in completed contests

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  • Submit an appeal within 7 days
  • Provide additional documentation if requested
  • Allow 48-72 hours for appeal review
  • Final decision will be communicated via email
